Passo a passo (feito no Windows 7):

I am writing this post because I cant find how to conect a W5100 Shield directly to PC without a router.
It is very simple to make it work. You just need to create a Network Bridge between your WIFI connection and the cable connection of W5100.
Steps (feito no Windows 7 Portuguese…):
1) Open Network and Sharing Center
2) Clicar em “Change Adapter Settings”
3) Now all network connections will appear. One is your main connection (WIFI) and some of the others is you cable connection where W5100 will be connected.
4) Select those two connections (WIFI and cable connection) and ignore the others. Click with right button and select Brige Connections (ou Create Bridge Connection)
That is it. Now the W5100 will be acessible in your browser, ping, telnet etc.
